A very good company to work for. the most interesting thing is that the management is very supportive, which helps team work well together. Nothing at all tbh. But yes there was no micro-managent from the immediate manager that was the only good thing.

No job security, salary gets delayed by 15 days every month, no learning, company' centric policies only, the management doesn't think about employees, not even a bit. Extremely disappointed. If you don't want to ruin your career please don't join Headfield.
